Sukhum. July 21. Apsnypress. On July 20, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Daur Kove met with First Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Igor Kagramanyan at the Ministry of Health of Russia.
As the press service of the RA MFA reported, Kagramanyan and Kove discussed issues of countering the spread of the new coronavirus infection, including the readiness of medical institutions in Abkhazia to provide medical care to patients with COVID-19.
The parties agreed to send a group of specialists from representatives of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Rospotrebnadzor and the Ministry of Health of the Krasnodar Territory to the Republic of Abkhazia in order to exchange practical experience, to carry out measures for diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the new coronavirus infection Covid-19.
