"Dear Mr. President!
On behalf of the people and the leadership of the Republic of Abkhazia, let me welcome you on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the recognition of state sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Abkhazia by the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.
Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela one of the first countries to recognize the independence of Abkhazia, thus supporting a fair aspiration of our people to build an independent and democratic state. September 10, 2009, without exaggeration, is an important date in the history of Abkhazia.
We, in Abkhazia, remember and honor the glorious name of Hugo Chavez, thanks to the courageous decision of whom, our country has gained recognition from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. The people of Venezuela knows how dearly won the freedom and independence. We are grateful to the leadership and citizens of Venezuela for the sincere support.
Abkhazia appreciates the relations of friendship and cooperation existing between our two countries. I am convinced that in the future we will continue to strengthen friendly relations and the agenda of our interstate cooperation will be filled with new content.
On this remarkable day, I wish you, Mr. President, good health, and the brotherly people of Venezuela - peace and prosperity".
