New generation of doctors, educated outside of our country take their first steps side by side with them.
 
 Today there are difficult tasks in front of you. The country's leadership pays special attention to reforming health care, increasing its effectiveness. Thanks to well-coordinated cooperation with Russian colleagues, the system of compulsory medical insurance became available to residents of the Republic of Abkhazia within the framework of bilateral cooperation. I'm sure it will enable us to provide all citizens of our country with quality medical care.
