Larisa Tarba: more than 2000 people will take to the streets of Sukhum the portraits of relatives who laid down their lives for the freedom of Abkhazia

The action "Ҳаҧсадгьыл зхы ақәызҵаз" will be held in Sukhum on Victory Day.

Sukhum. September 19. Apsnypress. Damey Kaslandziya. The action "Ҳаҧсадгьыл зхы ақәызҵаз" will be held in Sukhum on September 30, the day of celebration of 23rd anniversary of Victory in the War of Abkhazia in 1992-1993.
 
 According to one of the organizers of the rally, the chairman of the Association of women with disabilities, the participant of hostilities Larisa Tarba, more than 2000 people will go to the streets of Sukhum with portraits of loved ones who laid down their lives for the freedom of Abkhazia. Procession of the Abkhazian "Immortal regiment" will begin at 13:00, then they  will lay flowers at the Memorial of Glory in the Parl of Glory, and then the action completes at Freedom Square.
 
 Larisa Tarba informed about the preparation of the campaign: "For several months in specially designed areas working groups carried out painstaking work. Hundreds of relatives of the fallen heroes bring photos to the district branch of the "Association of Women with Disabilities, members of hostilities of the War of Abkhazia in 1992-1993". Photos collected by the archives. Furthermore, in the towns and villages there are points where the relatives of the victims handed over photos from the family archives. Further, these images are digitized, printed and placed in frames. Applications receipt will continue until the beginning of the action. On the day of the action there will be organized buses so the participants are able to reach Sukhum from villages and districts".
 
 According to the organizers, the event will also be attended by students of the Abkhaz State University. "The younger generation should know with what price has been gained the victory. We want to involve young people as much as possible", - said Tarba.  

 Larisa Tarba stressed that to date more than 2200 applications been received and their number is growing every day.
