Sukhum. October 9. Apsnypress. President Raul Khadjimba signed a decree on the appointment of Leonid Dzapshba as a Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.
By another decree Beslan Badrovich Khagba was released from the post of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia on his own.
At this moment there is a presentation of the new Minister to the team of the Ministry of Interior Ministry of Abkhazia.
BIOGRAPHY
Leonid Yurievich Dzapshba born on January 1, 1961 in Barmysh, Gudauta district.
In 1975 he served in the Soviet Army, and by demobilization from 1981 to 1983 in Cheboksary school MIA USSR.
From 1983 to 1991 worked in the police department of Tomsk Oblast Executive Committee in various capacities operational staff security officer, senior detective, head of the Criminal Investigation Department.
From 1988 to 1991 he studied at the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Interior of the USSR.
Since 1991 worked in the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Abkhaz ASSR on various operational positions: Detective, Detective senior of Criminal Investigation Department.
In September 1993, Head of the Interior Ministry of the rapid reaction of RA.
From October 1993, the Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia, also head of the Department of Internal Affairs of Sukhum.

September 22, 2010 by the Decree of the President of Abkhazia number UP-310 appointed as a Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia.
In 2014 he participated in early presidential elections.
