 It is your personal involvement in the process that ended successfully and led to the return to their families of four young people who were in Georgia in a long prison sentences on trumped-up charges", - says the text of the letter.
 
 Leonid Tibilov noted that South Ossetia appreciates exerted by the President of Abkhazia understanding and readiness to cooperate, which has been made possible thanks to this joyful event, reaffirming existing between the two countries very good relations of cooperation and interaction in the interests of the two peoples.
