Session of the National Assembly of the Parliament of Abkhazia presented and adopted the draft law "On licensing certain types of activities".
Sukhum. July 8. Apsnypress. According to the chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, reform and innovation Georgiy Agrba previously there has not been a legislative act defining these relationships. The adopted document includes reduced list of activities of licensing, and their duration is defined as indefinite. "We proceeded from the assumption that entrepreneurs are needed to stop running around the chain of command", - said Agrba.
At the same time, it increases the load on the control authorities: now they can not just sit on the ground and write papers but go to the field and "oversight" because now this mechanism of control over business activities and revocation of licenses is defined.
New law will not affect tourism activities and subsoil, as these activities are governed by separate legislation.
