"Merry starts" to mark the International Children's Day were held in Sukhum

The event was attended by students of 12 capital's pre-school institutions.
Sukhum. June 1. Apsnypress. "Merry Starts" were held in a makeshift children's Olympics with a relay competition. The event was opened with a traditional bypass of "the Olympic flame". Then Abkhaz flag was took out to the hall. Participants of "Merry starts" welcomed the symbols of "Olympics" (polar bear, hare and the snow leopard), and announced the start of the competition.
"Organizing such events, we would like the children to experience the joy of this day and realize that they are safe and their rights are protected", - told "Apsnypress" chief specialist of the Department of Education of Sukhum Nina Chmerenko.
In the "Children's Olympics" won friendship. At the end, the participants sang children's songs and danced.
The event was organized by the Education Department of the Administration.
