Minister of Health urged all professionals trained by the budget abroad to return and help the country

Sukhum. June 8. Apsnypress. According to him, in the appropriate committee of the Parliament of the Law "On public health", which is designed to settle all relations between the state and the industry has already passed the 2nd hearing. This year it will be adopted. According to the minister,  at the legislative level must be resolved the issues of the existence of private medicine, "because the state alone will not solve all the problems", - said Andzor Goov. The reform plan: certification of all doctors of the republic, improving the interaction between medical institutions, the introduction of health insurance, the modernization of health facilities, training of specialists.    

In addition, the Minister informed about the plans for repair and equipping of health facilities. So, according to him, in accordance with the electoral program of the President, Maternity hospital of Sukhum "after appropriate equipping and experts" will be allocated from CRH and will get the status of the republican. Repairs in Gudauta's hospital  have already been completed and after installation of the equipment it will come into operation. For Tkuarchal hospital are preparing  repairs that will be guided by local builders. "All hospitals need rebuilding, restoration and order. But we can not do all at once. The comprehensive plan includes all these works until 2017", - said Goov. 

With regard to health insurance for Russian citizens residing in Abkhazia, the minister said that next week the issue will be discussed with the delegation coming to Abkhazia from Russia. Plans to start this work from January 1, 2016. He recalled: "Without appropriate conclusion of the main experts of RA, patients will not be sent for treatment outside the country".    

Minister also told about the preparation of the medical industry of Abkhazia to the holiday season. "Virtually all experts are now involved: conducted laboratory tests of water, food, state beaches. We do not have enough specialists do no, so we have to work just in an emergency mode",- said Andzor Goov. According to him, it decided to open round the clock medical center on Psou checkpoint and all hospitals have been transformed into enhanced mode. 

Andzor Goov urged all professionals training by the budget abroad to return and help the country. "They have to pay their duty to the Motherland", - he stressed.  

Answering questions of rising prices in pharmacies, Andzor Goov said: "We have only three public pharmacies in the country: in Sukhum, Gudauta and Ochamchira. And 150 fractions. The State provides institutions with medicines. It is therefore necessary to increase the number of social pharmacies for the poor and disadvantaged. Besides, now the list of essential drugs prices of which will be regulated is preparing. Within a month, this decision will be made at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers".
