The site allows users to obtain information about the structure of the Ministry of Health of Abkhazia, the main directions of the work, find out the addresses and telephone numbers of medical institutions, as well as visiting days to the minister and his deputies. In addition, the resource provides information about the latest news concerning the Abkhazian health, but now only in Russian. It is planned to launch the Abkhaz and English versions of the site. One of the sections of the site - a public reception, which allows you to send letters to the mailbox of the Ministry of Health of Abkhazia - info@minzdravra.org. Every potential patient, whether he is a citizen of Abkhazia or the guest of our country, has the right to tell about the quality of medical institutions of the republic, medical services, to thank, to complain or express wishes. The complaints of citizens are considered in working order only if you specify the document number of circumstances and factors, namely - the name and surname of the patient's passport data and addresses, cell phone numbers. If the complaint relates to the treatment process, it is important to also indicate the data of the attending physician. Anonymous letters will not be accepted. 

Several sections of the site such as "competitions and tenders", "government programs", "licensing of pharmaceutical activity", "job" and a number of others, do not work, but soon will be filled.
