The festival took place in four stages in Moscow under the aegis of the World Alliance for Dance and Arts (WADA).
Moscow. April 11. Apsnypress. Dmitry Basariya. The final stage of the festival of choreographic art "Moscow Pride" 2015-2016 won by Moscow Children's Ensemble of Abkhazian dance "Amtsabz" has completed in Moscow.
According to Apsnypress, ensemble's choreograph is Lasha Marykhuba, the team won all three prizes in the category "Folk choreography".
"Given the fact that the victory was hard and came as a surprise to us, we just tried to dance with all our heart. We must pay tribute to the children, they did their best, despite the fact that the victory required a lot of physical and mental effort. Great moral support gave children's parents. Also, I want to note the support of the Moscow Abkhaz diaspora", - told Maryhuba.
According to the choreographer, the ensemble "Amtsabz" has also become the owner of the festival prize fund in the amount of 30 thousand rubles to be spent on the purchase of costumes. Also, according to the jury's decision, the ensemble was awarded the belt and an honorary member of the WADA (World Art and Dance Alliance), which will allow the team to participate in all competitive events on behalf of the organization.
Festival "Moscow Pride" was organized by the World Alliance for Dance Arts, with the support of the Dance Board of UNESCO in Russia. The festival was attended by groups from all regions of Russia and the Middle abroad.
