My last interview with Bagapsh has not been aired yet ...

Bagapsh left somehow quietly, calmly, "without emotion". Gone just the way he was in life, the way I remember him forever.

It is very sad when familiar people leave their lives. Becomes doubly bitter the fact that all the pictures in which you have been with these people, just "disappear somewhere". Today  I have viewed all my photo archives – and there is no single photo with the President, who answered my calls to his mobile phone ...

My ears are still spinning his phrase, uttered, as it turned out, in our last meeting in the capital of South Ossetia - Tskhinval (October 2010): "Yura, well, where are you? In the same place yet?" "Do not even ask, I will not give interviews now! .. "The interview was. I do not know why; but Bagapsh always answered my questions, responded to my requests for interviews. My last interview with Bagapsh has not been aired yet...

Man – is an "iron creation" of God, but the technique fails. Resentment was terrible! Fly thousands of miles, to overcome Rogsky tunnel to be in Tskhinvali, accidentally meet with Sergey Vasilyevich and... nothing to bring to Moscow. Technologists twisted, twirled, tried to do something... No, there was no an interview in the memory of my computer . Bitterness passed quickly, it was a clear understanding that in front are new questions, new meetings, new disputes with the President of Abkhazia ... It did not work! I never was in "Bagapsh's Abkhazia," though he had three times invited me to rest in Pitsunda with all my childish "horde"...

I remember his phrase, which he expressed during our first meeting in "President Hotel": "You see, money – is a dead capital. People -  are an invaluable capital. Why do people choke taxes create problems for them? It is necessary for them to "overgrown fat", rose to their feet. It is not necessary to drive people into "cells", as opposed to animals, they are going to get out there... "When our first meeting in the" President Hotel was already scheduled", and we could not get there, because of something was messed up by his assistants, so I had to call directly to the President ... he never made a secret of his mobile phone.
Bagapsh loved life, loved to work, loved his Abkhazia.
