Addressing to the employees, the new Interior Minister Beslan Khagba stressed the importance of quality work of department. "The Interior Ministry is the greatest and most significant, it will be very difficult to manage it. Fate of the country depends on the results of our work", - said Khagba.
Former Interior Minister Raul Lolua wished good luck to the new manager and thanked the staff for their cooperation.

Beslan Khagba was born on May 23, 1956.
He graduated the Law Faculty of the Rostov State University in 1983.
From 1983 to 1988 he worked in various positions in the North Caucasus transport prosecutor's office in Rostov-on-Don.
From 1988 to 1992, he was appointed as Deputy Prosecutor of Sukhum district.
From 1993 to 2005 - public prosecutor of Gagra district.
