On this day, the Parliament of the Republic adopted the Basic Law of the State in which constitutionally enshrines a fundamental achievement of our people, mined in the war of the people of Abkhazia - independence of our Motherland!", - the message reads.
The text of congratulations also notes: "Many leading experts recognized that our constitution corresponds to all norms of democracy and international public law. It guarantees the rights and freedoms of our citizens. We must understand that the Constitution - is not just a normative act, it is one of the key attributes of our state".
