As the director of the publishing house Daur Nachkebia, the demand for the book as a whole has fallen, many publications are not sold. Nevertheless, the books of classics of the Abkhaz literature, such as "Posledniy iz ushedshih" by Bagrat Shinkuba don't stay on the shelves for long. Publishing house reprints the book, increasing circulation. Arthur Mikvabiya is about to hold a meeting and think with the writers "how books can reach readers". "Abkhaz literature played an outstanding role in the development of the state and recognition of Abkhaz identity. You can not forget it, it is necessary to rethink the situation and set up production of books not for the sake of the issue and to make sure that they find their reader", -  the prime minister said.

Now, without the consent of the Commission "prohibited the construction, establishment, works of monumental and decorative art, monuments". The Commission is formed from among the recognized experts in the field of culture, architecture and art, representatives of government agencies, cultural institutions, creative unions. Extensive discussion has caused a problem to clean up the registry of public property. The issue arose when deciding on a draft resolution on amendments and additions to the registry: "To bring order to the registry takes time and money. It was compiled in 2002, according to district administrations, - the chairman of the State Committee of the RA State Property Management and Privatization Konstantin Katsiya presenting another list of objects that need to add or remove from the list. "Due to the fact that the balance in the ministries and departments were not normally reported, has not the registry fallen?", - said Prime Minister and continued: "We need to restore order. Imagine how much material we would have to shovel? We have to decide this question separately". The head of the department informed that 80% of the objects of property has never instituted the registration of the case. " There is a mass of organizations objects of which are not registered. For example, Abkhazian Shipping", - Katsiya said. The Prime Minister set the task to develop a separate program to bring the register to the appropriate type. To do this would set up a special working group headed by Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Serikov. "What to hide, we have three types of property: public, private and "occupied". It is necessary to find out the end of this! This is the cause of many of our troubles. All governments that worked here before us, took up the problem and no one brought it up to the end. It should be shut down. There will be also an agricultural census. And in the end, we will know what the state owns", - Mikvabia said.
