On the meeting of presidents of Abkhazia and South Ossetia in Tskhinval

President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba is on an official visit to the Republic of South Ossetia.

Sukhum. 26 November. Apsnypress. President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba met with President of the Republic of South Ossetia Anatoly Bibilov within the framework of his official visit to the Republic of South Ossetia. The official website of the Head of State reported.
  
 The message says:

 " Anatoly Bibilov: Dear Raul Djumkovich, I can safely call you brother. It's very nice to see you in South Ossetia. I want to congratulate you on the Constitution Day, which the Abkhaz people are celebrating today, wish you all the best, and, of course, the development you are expecting yourself, and working on it. The Abkhazian people are industrious, they are people who seek to develop their republic. The development of our political ties is at a high level. This is confirmed by official visit of President of South Ossetia to the Republic of Abkhazia, and your official visit to the Republic of South Ossetia. Our embassies work efficiently. The economic component will increase. Today there will be signed an agreement in the field of agriculture. I am convinced that the development of our bilateral relations will reach a higher level, the level you and I want and, of course, our peoples. I greet you in South Ossetia.  
 
  Raul Khajimba: Dear Anatoly Ilyich, dear friends, our brothers, we are glad to once again be present in South Ossetia. This is my third stay here and my first official visit as a Head of State. I am glad for relations that are developing between our peoples. We are connected by long, centuries-old friendship of the Abkhaz and Ossetian peoples.

 We noted we have a similar, difficult history of the formation of our states. Undoubtedly, having won the war, we need to win peace. It is not easy today to create economic conditions that would allow us to look completely different. Thanks to the help provided by Russia, the process of formation of both states is underway. Russia recognized us, and we must do everything to develop our states. I am glad that all our connections are growing.

 Those documents that will be signed today is one of the tasks we face. Economy, humanitarian sphere, culture - all these connections should develop. I am grateful to you for the warm welcome. We will have time to talk with you today and we have something to talk about. The necessity of these links is obvious."
