Possibilities of using ASI's experience in Abkhazia were discussed by Zaur Gulia and Inar Gitsba with representatives of the Russian Agency for Strategic Initiatives

The autonomous nonprofit organization Agency for Strategic Initiatives for the Promotion of New Projects (ASI) was established by the Government of the Russian Federation to implement a set of measures in the economic and social spheres.

Sukhum. 31 January. Apsnypress. Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Abkhazia Zaur Gulia and Director of the State Investment Agency Inar Gitsba met with representatives of the Agency of Strategic Initiatives of the Russian Federation in Moscow.

 The meeting participants discussed the possibility of using and applying the experience of the Russian Agency for Strategic Initiatives (ASI) in Abkhazia.
 
 "It was about analyzing the existing investment climate in Abkhazia, identifying and then overcoming administrative barriers that hamper the development of entrepreneurship in Abkhazia. We also discussed the possibility of using the best Russian practices in Abkhazia in order to minimize the existing administrative barriers in the republic, " - said Zaur Gulia. According to Gulia, the experience of the ASI can help the republic take effective measures to improve the investment climate in the country.
 
 "We pre-talked about the form of our interaction and cooperation. Now we will be engaged in the specification of these provisions and go to the adoption of joint documents that will structure our cooperation, " - said Deputy Minister of Economy.
