Raul Khadjimba praised the results of the work, but stressed that the utilities have much to do. "This work should be brought to the end. We need to minimize the possibility of flooding of homes and public buildings as a result of rain-induced floods", - said Raul Khadjimba.
Hrips Jopua briefed the President on the progress of work for improving the appearance of the town. As the head of the district directed there were demolished beyond repair destroyed and burned buildings, in particular, located on the waterfront. "All the work was carried out at the expense of quite limited funds of the district budget. It is important that the country's leadership is encouraging our efforts for improving the town ", - said Hrips Jopua.
President also visited the village of tea plantations Mokva. Hrips Jopua said that by next year the leadership of the district plans to clean up about 600 hectares of tea plantations. "This will create additional jobs for the villagers and will start operating tea factory", - said the head of the district.
