«Dear compatriots!
Within a few minutes will come the New 2018 year.
The outgoing year was not easy. We faced a lot of difficulties - objective and subjective, not all of the intended was achieved. But we survived, did not turn off the way to build a strong and prosperous state.
The year 2017 gave us hope for unity and consolidation, possibility of constructive dialogue, prevention of political destabilization.
We will continue to do our best to establish law and order in Abkhazia, to grow the economy, effectively develop education and healthcare, solve duly social issues.
We can do a lot if we join forces. All of us should realize our high responsibility to the country and its future.
Let the new year 2018 be better than the outgoing one. Let our homes reign with joy and prosperity. May the dreams and good intentions come true! Let our Apsny thrive!
