President of Abkhazia congratulated residents of the country on International Children's Day

“This holiday is another reminder to adults of the high responsibility for the safety and well-being of the younger generation,” - President said.

Sukhum. June 1. Apsnypress. President of Abkhazia Raul Khadzhimba congratulated young citizens of the republic on International Children's Day.
 
  The greeting reads:
 
 “I wholeheartedly congratulate you on the International Children's Day!
 
 This holiday is another reminder to adults of the high responsibility for the safety and well-being of the younger generation. The sacred duty of parents, society and the state is to protect children from difficulties and hardships, to give them the conditions for full development.
 
 The state has a special responsibility for providing children with opportunities to get a good education, medical care, and develop in various spheres of life. Today, the state is doing everything to achieve these goals, but, of course, this work needs to be increased daily in all areas.
 
 Our children adequately represent their homeland in various areas, including sports, art, science. We are proud of them.
 
 I would like to express words of special gratitude and appreciation to all who invest their strength, soul and knowledge in the upbringing of the younger generation, as well as all those who have chosen to take care of children as the meaning of their life and profession.
