President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba congratulated Russian President Vladimir Putin on Constitution Day.

"On behalf of the people and leadership of Abkhazia I congratulate you and all Russians on the national holiday - the Day of the Constitution.
The adoption of Basic Law on December 12, 1993 had played a key role in the formation of Russian statehood in the new historical period, set the foundations of a democratic order and determined the strategic path of development.
For the multinational Russian people, the Constitution has become a guarantor of stability and development, preservation of national values, rights, freedoms and equality of all citizens before the law.
I wish you, dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, and the Russian people peace, prosperity and new achievements in the development and strengthening of the Russian state".
