President of Abkhazia received Minister of the Russian Federation for the North Caucasus affairs

President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba met with Minister of the Russian Federation for North Caucasus Affairs Lev Kuznetsov.

Sukhum. 24 July. Apsnypress. At the meeting President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba discussed with the Russian Minister for North Caucasus Affairs the implementation of the Investment Program to promote the socio-economic development of the country.

Lev Kuznetsov told the head of state: "We saw a powerful start to the construction season in the framework of the Investment Program. The practical work was organized in a short time. The task is ambitious - we need to jointly master more than two and a half billion rubles for the remaining half-year. These are objects of a very important social orientation: roads, communications, engineering facilities, schools, kindergartens, a university. It is important that people understand that our meetings and conversations are converted into changes, positive situation, comfort, new opportunities, the quality of life. "
 
At the same time, Raul Khadzhimba said: "You undoubtedly noticed that we started these works with delay. I have no doubt that all the design and estimate documentation which required special attention underwent the appropriate examination, tough control work, and this gave definite results. The months remaining until the end of the year will be fruitful. " The President stressed that it is now important to perform all the work qualitatively: "Make sure that no one has any questions about where the money was spent, and how they were used." "I am sure that the relations that have developed will develop and undoubtedly be useful. And those questions that I put before the President of the Russian Federation are gradually realized. This is evident from the volume of work that is being carried out in Abkhazia, "-Khajimba said.

For his part, Prime Minister of Abkhazia Beslan Bartsits said: "The Ministry of the Russian Federation for  North Caucasus affairs and personally, Lev Vladimirovich, always supported us at the stage of forming the list of facilities that were intended to be included in the 2017-2019 program. When there arose the question about the increase in the funding limit, we also found full support and understanding. Today, we are convinced that these objects are dynamically running. We are sure that all the limits issued for this year will be fulfilled in a high-quality and on time basis".

 At the end of the meeting the head of state said referring to the Russian minister: "I hope that all the efforts that the Russian side and personally you are making will give the desired result."
