For his part, the governor of the Oryol region Vadim Potomskiy put forward a number of specific proposals for bilateral cooperation: "Abkhazia needs a municipal engineering, and there is a company in the Oryol region which is one of the Russia's largest producers of this type of technology".
The governor offered to send a group of specialists in Abkhazia, who will calculate the volume of waste to be disposed of in the country, and on the basis of these data will determine how much and what type of equipment needed for domestic use.
The President of Abkhazia said that the Prime Minister has been instructed to assist in the implementation of bilateral cooperation plans.
