Redistribution of funds from the Investment program to salaries is impossible. This money is included in the budget of the Russian Federation. The budget of Russia is the law, but people are punished for violating the law. The maximum that can be done is to maintain funding. We had certain obligations. We had to prepare current documentation on June 30 for moving facilities. These documents have been prepared. Therefore, we predict a good job here on unfinished objects.

This year - 1 billion 600 million is reserved for us, nobody touched this money, they can come to us if we open borders, and the epidemic will not hinder us. Nobody is going to cut this money. If this year we are not able to use these funds, we will be able to transfer them to the next year.
