President Raul Khajimba signed a Memorandum of Understanding

The memorandum of understanding or an agreement protocol was developed in Parliament last night.

Sukhum. December 15. Apsnypress. The document, developed by the night at the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia, proposed for signature by all political parties and public organizations of the country, in particular, says:
 
 "In the name of social consensus, President of the Republic, the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia, the Public Chamber of the Republic of Abkhazia, opposition block, other political parties and social movements, eliminating the possibility of problems solution through violence arising in society in any form, in fully aware of the harmfulness for repetition of events of 2004 and 2014, putting the general interest above group, party, recognizing the legitimacy of executive authorities, agreed:
 
 1. In order to achieve political stability, abide by the principles of democracy, and the realization of common interests and respect, taking into account minority interests.
 
 2. Develop the political life of society exclusively in the framework of the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia. The organizers of rallies and demonstrations take responsibility for ensuring a peaceful nature of the event in strict accordance with current legislation.
 
 3. To consider the maintenance of the authorities for constant dialogue with the society, political parties, movements and other public associations.
 
 Recognizing the common goal of achieving harmony in society, as an important factor of stable development of the country, the participants of the Memorandum are united in an effort to form within society conditions to ensure the resolution of emerging contradictions and conflicts through dialogue and democratic use of technology.
 
 The Memorandum is open for signature by all political parties and social movements".
