President signed the Law "On Amendments to the Law of the Republic of Abkhazia "On Value Added Tax"

The law was adopted by the National Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia on Monday, January 25.
Sukhum. January 26. Apsnypress. According to the Law, from the payment of value added tax are exempt:
- The importation of goods for children, textiles, hats and
shoe on a list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia;
- The import of vehicles and spare parts to them.
At realization of vehicles and spare parts to them, the tax base is determined as the difference between the selling price including tax and the purchase price of the product.
The law is published on the official website of the President of the Republic of Abkhazia.
