Constitutional changes aimed at creating a legal framework for the reform of the electoral system in Abkhazia.

Sukhum. June 8. Apsnypress. President Raul Khadjimba submitted to the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia, the draft Constitutional Law of the Republic of Abkhazia on the amendment to the Constitution of the Republic of Abkhazia "On the quantitative composition of the National Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia".

This constitutional amendment was considered and approved by the Commission on constitutional reform at a meeting chaired by the President on June 5, 2015. Constitutional amendments aimed at creating a legal framework for the reform of the electoral system in Abkhazia.
