Prime Minister met with acting Head of Administration of Sukhum

Eshba reported to prime minister on observance of sanitary and epidemiological standards and the mode of operation of public catering facilities in the capital.

Sukhum. May 18. Apsnypress. Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia, Alexander Ankvab, met with acting Head of Administration of Sukhum Beslan Eshba.
 
 Eshba reported to Prime Minister on observance of sanitary and epidemiological standards and the mode of operation of public catering facilities in the capital.
 
 According to him, the city’s services monitor the activities of businessmen in the food service sector, and inspections are conducted jointly with the city’s sanitary service.  
 Eshba said that there are about 100 public catering facilities in the capital, some of which have not yet fully resumed their work and continue to serve customers only as part of order delivery services.
 
 Prime Minister also touched upon the issues of public transport and compliance with sanorms when using fixed-route taxis, which are allowed to start work on April 19, according to the issued Act of the head of the capital.
 
 Beslan Eshba informed that trainings are being provided with drivers of urban transport, they are provided with disinfectants and are required to carry out the transportation of citizens in protective masks and provided that the vehicle is filled by no more than 50 percent.
 
 Head of Government recommended strengthening control measures and discipline in the subordinate institutions of the City Administration.
 
 In addition, Prime Minister and Acting Head of the capital discussed the reorganization of the structure, the optimization of units and institutions of the Administration of the city of Sukhum.
