Prime Minister of Abkhazia was informed about the situation in ministries

Sukhum. April 24. Apsnypress. Prime Minister of the Republic of Abkhazia, Alexander Ankvab, held the first meeting with acting heads of ministries and central authorities, at which he asked to inform him about the situation in the ministries.
 
 Thus, Acting Minister for Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Abkhazia, Daur Kurmaziya, announced that the reporting procedure has already begun, which was postponed due to the introduction of the state of emergency: “Within two weeks, reporting will be submitted for the first quarter, and we will know the amount of expected payments . But today things are going very badly. We forecast that by the end of April we will have a lag of 70 to 90 million rubles from the planned figures. ”  

Acting Minister of Finance of Abkhazia, Dzhansuh Nanba, also emphasized that the situation is critical: “On April 24, we are falling out on the State budget in the amount of 172 million rubles, which is about 42% of actual revenues for the corresponding month last year. According to the Republican budget, the loss is 116 million rubles, or 38% compared to the previous year. In general, the forecast for the current fiscal year to the Ministry of Finance is seen in the amount of 60% of the loss from the planned income. "  
 
Acting Minister of Health of Abkhazia Tamaz Tsakhnakiya spoke about the epidemiological situation in the country: “The situation is currently stable. Every day we examine patients with similar symptoms or those in contact with them. There are currently no new cases of disease. In terms of security, everything you need is there. In addition, we carry out a number of contracts for the supply of additional medical equipment, as well as soft and hard equipment. Within two to three weeks, equipment according to our list will be delivered. For medical facilities - everything is in normal mode. Implementation of targeted departmental programs is also ongoing. Patients who need treatment outside the republic are sent only for urgent reasons. In terms of security with protective equipment, we transferred special equipment, primarily to the Gudauta Central District Hospital, about 500 sets of personal protection, as well as emergency services, 50 sets to the infectious diseases hospital in Sukhum and regional hospitals. There are reserves. Today we have medicines for 650 patients. ”  

   Acting, Chairman of the State Customs Committee Guram Inapshba, reported the figures: “101 million rubles were accrued for this month. By the end of the month, according to our forecasts, it is planned to raise another 30-35 million. The lag behind the planned indicators in the first quarter is up to 20 million rubles. The plan for this month is 148 101 000 rubles. ”
 
Acting Minister of the Interior Raul Smyr also reported. According to Smyr, the statistical indicators of such crimes as theft and robbery have decreased. However, the number of suicides has increased. At the same time, Head of Government ordered to increase the degree of response to such cases.

Summing up the meeting, prime minister announced that budget sequestration could be included in the Government’s plans.
