Project "Integrated information system of management area"

Sukhum. April 28. Apsnypress. Prime Minister Artur Mikvabiya, members of the Cabinet of Ministers attended the presentation of the Russian company ZAO «CSoft terra" which provides consulting and implementation of integrated solutions in the field of geographic information systems. In Abkhazia, the company introduced the project "Integrated information system of management area".  

According to the chairman of the board of directors of CSoft Alexey Klimov, "we are talking about that on the basis of e-cards we can create different-system in which all participants will be able to see the same picture where the information will be linked to the same object-oriented in space as well as the individual - a subject that exists outside of space". According to him, this development led company since 1989. Today, they are represented in Abkhazia and possibly with interest of the state will be adapted to the legislation of the Republic. There are technical platforms and opportunities for this. For example, the computer program will be able to calculate how much one doctor can serve, "to define the need for and utilization of appropriate staff OREA determining what it can reach".  

As it was emphasized by Alexey Klimov, it is the simplest example. In general, the program solves the management problems in various areas of public life: in energy, logistics, communications, transport.
