Putin has signed a law on ratification of the Agreement on the combined forces of Russia and Abkhazia

The agreement was signed on November 21, 2015.

Sukhum. November 23. Apsnypress. President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed a law on ratification of the Agreement on the combined forces of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Abkhazia, RIA Novosti reported.
 The agreement was signed on November 21, 2015.
 
 United Forces are designed to respond to an armed attack, as well as other threats to military security in respect of any of the parties. The composition of the joint troops: Russia's military base stationed on the territory of Abkhazia, from the Abkhaz side - two separate motorized rifle battalion, artillery and aviation groups, as well as a separate detachment of special purpose.
 
 "In peacetime, the organization of military units interaction performs a joint group, consisting of representatives of the parties. Chief of Task Force is commander of a joint Russian military base", - says a memorandum to the Law on Ratification of the Agreement.
 
 In the case of aggression threat, and in wartime it enters into submission of commander of the Russian Defense Ministry.
