The RA Ministry of Foreign Affairs commented on the speech of RF MP from the Communist Party faction, Alexander Yushchenko at the plenary meeting of the State Duma.\

"The Republic of Abkhazia paid attention to the speech of deputy from the Communist Party faction, Aleksandr Yushchenko, on June 14 at the plenary meeting of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.
In his speech, Alexander Yushchenko touched on topical issues of the Abkhaz-Russian alliance and strategic partnership, highlighted the socio-economic development of the Republic of Abkhazia, and also announced the necessary measures to further enhance bilateral cooperation between Abkhazia and Russia.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expresses its gratitude to MP Aleksandr Yushchenko and the Communist Party faction for their attention to the problems of the Republic of Abkhazia and to development of interstate Abkhaz-Russian relations. "
