Sukhum. July 5. Apsnypress. Vice-President of the Republic of Abkhazia Vitaly Gabniya read President's decree to suspend Leonid Dzapshba of his duties as the Minister of Internal Affairs to representatives of the opposition in front of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
RA President Raul Khadjimba came to the people in front of the Administration and addressed to the people, in solidarity with the policy of the current government: "You have all seen the events. No one doubts that this all will end. But we must be careful, must unite. There will not be a state if we start to solve the problem in another way. Let's gather the people, and we will discuss all issues. The situation in the Interior Ministry was not easy. These people do not think about the future and the people. I am grateful to the guys who did not allow to bloodshed be occurred. Our people have survived everything".
