Raul Khadjimba: Dear Alexander Gennadievich, I am glad to welcome you!
Alexander Khloponin: Good afternoon, Raul Dzhumkovich! We have already visited the Abkhazian State University, looked at everything, talked with young people. You have got great guys. Of course, it is necessary to finish the university, there is a reconstruction in the plans. The children asked the gym, modern campus. It's great that guys want it.
P. Khadjimba: We have really good guys, despite all the difficulties, they are drawn to knowledge, to science.
A. Khloponin: The University is very beautiful, view is amazing. Together with the Prime Minister we discussed almost all the issues on the agenda. We have got full mutual understanding. We deal with the documents in working order. After your meeting with Vladimir Putin, I received orders from him, we are engaged in the implementation of your joint orders with him. We are committed to productive work.
P. Khadjimba: I do not doubt it. For all the time of our conversation, we have established a working and friendly relations, which will allow us to expand the format of our future work. This is undoubtedly useful for all of us. Financial assistance from the Russian Federation has created us the opportunities for growth, but at the same time, we understand that the Russian aid should not be infinite. We want to learn to earn ourselves and diligently apply to money - both allocated by Russia, and to those that are earn by ourselves.
The past year has shown that the number of tourists who come to us, has grown substantially. In light of the ongoing processes in the world tourist flow volumes in Abkhazia will certainly grow further. The situation on the border last year showed the dynamics improved significantly, the queues reduced, and we look forward to even greater facilitation of border crossing regime.
We are ready to receive more tourists, put in order the infrastructure. In particular, we have began renovation of four of the seven buildings of "Unification of resorts of Pitsunda". I hope that the tourists will feel the improvement.
In other areas we are conducting the work, in particular in the field of agriculture: greenhouses are building in cooperation with Tatarstan. We began to export agricultural products to the regions of the Russian Federation. I am confident that all this will lead to the strengthening of our cooperation with Russia.
