"To accept the proposal of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Abkhazia on the signing the Treaty on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Republic of Abkhazia and the Russian Federation.

To instruct the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Abkhazia on reaching agreement with the Russian Party and to sign on behalf of the Republic of Abkhazia allowing it to make changes in the project that do not have a principled character".
