The Commission will be engaged in the elaboration of measures to improve the social situation of disabled people of the War of Abkhazia of 1992 - 1993 years.

As part of the Commission:
B. Agrba - Chairman of the State budget fund of disabled of the War of Abkhazia in 1992 - 1993 years;
A. Goov - Minister of Health of the Republic of Abkhazia;
L. Zade - Head of the Department of the Budget Department of Economics of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Abkhazia;
R. Inapshba - Chairman of the Council of Regional Organizations of Persons with Disabilities of the War of Abkhazia in 1992 - 1993 years;
A. Kvarandziya - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Abkhazia;
S. Kerselyan - Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security of the Republic of Abkhazia;
M. Kishmariya - Minister of Defence of the Republic of Abkhazia;
L. Chamagua - Deputy Chairman of the People's Assembly of the Parliament on social policy, employment and health of the Republic of Abkhazia.
Commission must submit their proposals till August 17 2015.
