Raul Khadjimba: this kind of ultimatums will not give results

"With regard to the possibility of dialogue, it exists. Nobody is saying that we are closed", - the President said.

In addition, Raul Khadjimba noted the facts of inefficient use of Russian aid in previous years. "It is possible to compare the figures of the year when there is no Russian aid through investment programs, and revenue figures in 2013, when this aid was the greatest. This budget self-empowerment was carried out in 2013, slightly more than 75%. Some people do not like the concept of the multiplier effect, but the effect was to play on the stage, and the budget of self-empowerment was much increased. Today we are without the planned funds of the Russian financial assistance, so, use the appropriate mechanisms, administer tax revenues have increased control and received a serious impact", - Khadjimba said.

At the same time, he stressed that there are problems that persist and exacerbate the negative attitude towards the government. This applies to reduce the number of inspections, the settlement of the work of RUPs and municipal unitary enterprises, taxes on the nut. "There is no statistics on the export of nuts. And the first time we went out to get the data. Yes, we have introduced payments. But what we would like to build by the government? If we compare the figures of previous years and this year. Last year it was transferred about 900 tons, while the state received 0 of income. This year, one and a half months removed more than 500 tons of nuts, and the state received about 15 million of customs duties. They will be sent out to carry out spring sowing campaign, to improve the quality of life of the villagers", - Khadjimba said. 

In response to a reporter's question "on the assessment of political developments in the country, the head of state stressed: "If the opposition believes last year's events a coup, why they took part in the presidential elections? And if the candidate Bzhaniya won, there is a  rhetorical question - Would they continue to talk about a coup d'etat? We have special bodies, which will give a legal assessment of all sounded statements and will take appropriate action. No one is allowed to destroy the State". 

In addition, in response to the question of the settlement of the current political situation, he stressed: "This kind of ultimatums will not give results. You have to think about that all along, all the political forces, the society do everything to save the country and work to ensure the country and the people have risen to a higher stage of development".

In conclusion, President gave some figures on the flow of tourists into the country for several years. So, he said, according to the October 22, 2013 the Abkhazian border crossed only 5 million 52 thousand 613 people, in 2014 - 4 million 644 000 people, in 2015 - 6 million 739 thousand. "Is it a big difference from 2013 year? And then it would be possible to get the best economic results", -Khajimba said. As well as the head of state announced the budget figures for 2016. "We have stated that we are ready to raise the budget on our own capabilities, almost 5 billion 713 million rubles. Yes, it will be a difficult process, but it is implemented", -emphasized Khajimba. 

According to him, the budget already pledged funds for the implementation of targeted programs in the fields of health, education, tourism and certain activities in the agricultural sector.
