Raul Khadzhimba congratulated Vladimir Putin on the Day of National Unity

 The Day of National Unity symbolizes the traditions of the unity of the people for achieving common goals. More than four centuries have passed since people of different estates, nationalities and religions - united in the face of a merciless enemy to defend the freedom and independence of the Motherland. The feat of the men who liberated the country from the invaders is an inspiring example of patriotism. Today unity and shared responsibility for the destiny of the country are the fundamental conditions for its independence and progressive development.  
  
 I am sure that only by preserving and multiplying the friendship of peoples, by strengthening multinational unity, developing national traditions in every possible way, it is possible to build a strong state.
