 At the meeting, Prime Minister Beslan Bartsits reported on the work done in the region: "Three bridges in villages of the district are being repaired for the sum of more than 4 million rubles, repair of houses damaged by consequences of the disaster - for 1.1 million rubles. Within the framework of Investment program to promote Social and Economic Development of the Republic of Abkhazia, there is a repair of a water pipe - for the amount of 20 million rubles, distribution networks - for 4 million rubles, restoration of the collector - for a total of 3.5 million rubles, repair of 3 streets - 24 million rubles. 60 million rubles have been allocated for repair of Bedia-Tkuarchal road . Repair work is complicated by the presence of many landslide areas. It remains to complete the road works on the site, the length of about 5 km. 258 million rubles were allocated to restore the central district hospital. "

 At the same time, the President of Abkhazia, Raul Khajimba, noted: "Criticism should be present in the life processes of the state, but it is impossible to solve all problems overnight. Russia will not always help us, we must start working ourselves and find opportunities within our country. And these opportunities have already appeared! In the structure of general consolidated budget, our own budget has grown 2 times, and Russian financial assistance has decreased. Today we can say that there are both positive and negative points, but it's abnormal and not true to all the time talk about the fact that everything in the country is bad!"

 During the meeting, residents of the district named the main problems, this is the lack of jobs, poor condition of roads and water.

 For his part, President assured that the construction of a plant for the production of lemonade will begin soon in the district, now this production is a small factory. Financing of works is already provided.

 At the end of the meeting, Raul Khajimba inspected the repair work in Tkuarchal market. According to experts, it is planned to erect new trade rows, more than 1,000 square meters of which will be covered with a roof. The total cost of the project is more than 7 million rubles.

 At the same time, head of "Apsnyrgylara" Temur Tkebuchava noted: "As soon as we accept the project changes and coordinate everything with the Administration, we will immediately begin construction." The construction should be completed in March.

 The head of state also inspected the repair works in the kindergarten "Amra", which are at the final stage. Works carried out by "Tkuarchalstroy" at the expense of funds provided by the 2017 budget for capital construction. At the moment, there is heating and furniture being installed. President was assured that the children could enter the kindergarten in a month.
