Raul Khajimba on constitutional reforms and bank loans

President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba summed up the results for the first half of the year at a press conference.

 So, according to Raul Khajimba, the constitutional reform of the state is actively going on: "As far as the constitutional reform is concerned, a lot has been done. The judicial reforms were carried out, the Constitutional Court was established. A draft concerning the electoral system has long been sent to Parliament, we are ready to go to a mixed form. As soon as the second stage of reforms will be completed, we can talk about the beginning of the third one - the redistribution of powers. "
  
 Also, the President noted, the collection of taxes has increased, the refund of bank loans has been activated: "The issues related to establishment of the bailiff service have been resolved. The situation also changes for tax collections, for example, at such sites as Novyafonskaya Cave, Ritsa relic national park, Pitsunda resort. The banking structure began to level the state of affairs. This we have been engaged for more than two years. For the first time, the Bank transferred profits to the state in the amount of 22 million rubles. The Bank and its structures, together with the prosecutors' offices, bailiffs, are engaged in repaying loans. As a result of this work, more than 485 million rubles have been returned and more than 30 million - by decision of the judiciary. Our people pay Russian loans by rail and bank loans. Already returned with interest more than 1 billion 145 million rubles. "
  
 As Raul Khajimba underlined: "We have reached a certain level that, in addition to our budgetary duties within the country, allowed us to fulfill the obligations that we were entrusted with these loans."
