 President of Abkhazia noted that the meeting continued negotiations launched in August on issues of bilateral cooperation. “These are issues of the Defense Ministry, the Ministry of the Interior, the state of affairs in the banking system of Abkhazia,” said Raul Khajimba.
 
 The head of state stressed: “All questions from the leadership of the Russian Federation were supported, and on the same day they were put before the relevant heads of various departments that interact in one direction or another with us. The second day, the solution of these problems has already begun. "  
 
President reported on specific agreements on various areas of bilateral cooperation. So, according to Raul Khajimba, the relevant Compulsory Health Insurance Agreement will be signed in the coming days: “This will allow our people who receive a medical policy to contact the relevant healthcare institutions.”
 
 The issues related to the banking system were discussed: “We talked about the difficulties that have arisen all these years. We have been provided with quite serious support, it is about half a billion rubles - assistance to our state so that the banking system is stable. ”
 
 The issues of transport communications were resolved: “This concerns the airport and the sea communication with the Russian Federation. Many parameters of work that are carried out in these areas have been agreed upon. "
 
 The situation with the construction of the prison building was discussed: “Today representatives of the Ministry of Justice of Russia will arrive, and the process of implementing the program will begin, which involves not only the construction of a new building, but it also solves the problems associated with engaging in the labor process of people serving sentences ".
 
 In the field of agriculture: “This year a lot of help was provided. Appropriate instructions were given by President of the Russian Federation on the continuation of the provision of assistance to Abkhazia by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Corresponding work is already being carried out in these areas. In the near future, the Government will discuss all necessary measures to be implemented. "
 Regarding the implementation of the Investment Program and the work of the Investment Agency: “There is a question about the possibility of our specialists working on documents, design and estimate documentation, with the participation of Russian representatives, in order to avoid difficulties in promoting documents. As for the development of money, it is mastered as much as we have been given. ”
 The issues of the defense contour and security at the border were also discussed: “Given what is happening in the world, the actions of Georgia and Ukraine with the theme of their entry into NATO, this should worry us and the Russian Federation. I talked about 94 events on defense. There are materials of a closed nature, but there are also open ones. These are joint exercises, working out measures to establish interaction between the military structures of Russia and Abkhazia. This work is being done quite actively. "
