Raul Khajimba: own revenues of the state budget for the first half of the year amounted to about 2 billion rubles

 As Raul Khajimba emphasized, when drawing up the budget plan, the task is set that the economic indicators should be as real as possible. "If we talk about the volume that was planned, this is 5 billion 209 million rubles of our own funds. This is an important direction for us. We must deal with the issue of our own resources. Those trends that allow us to talk about the growth of our capabilities. Indeed, during the World Cup, the number of people who arrived in Abkhazia decreased. According to the results of the first half of the year there are some lag, but they do not say that everything is bad. Planned indicators for tax revenues were fulfilled by 102%. According to the Republican budget for the first half of the year, there is an increase in own revenues by 47.4 million rubles. The fulfillment of the income plan is at the level of 90%. Own revenues of the state budget amounted to about 2 billion. "
  
 Answering the question of Apsnypress, at the expense of which spheres of the economy there was growth of its own budget, President said: "These are administrative issues, the optimization of the tax structure gives positive results, the situation in the customs structure is changing. Undoubtedly, by the end of the year we will receive a budget no less than that which was last year. This is a complex process. We have resources to increase budgetary figures. "
  
 Raul Khajimba stressed that the development of Abkhaz-Russian relations continues. "I believe that Russia will support us and help us, but we must understand that we will not always receive help. We can not build a state, hoping for someone. If to compare with the past years, the help is different. In 2009-2014, more than 27 billion rubles were transferred. But our budget did not increase. And from 2015 until now, we have received more than 13 billion 200 million rubles, of which 5 billion 400 million - within the framework of the Investment Program, more than 7 billion 700 million - for salaries. In total, from 2009 to the present, we have received more than 40 billion rubles. On pensions until 2014 - 10 billion 700 million, after 2014 to today we have received more than 12 billion. The growth of pension payments is noticeable. This, of course, helps our state, but we must increase our own incomes, " - President summed up.
