Raul Khajimba: we are open for cooperation

 The message reads: "Vyacheslav Bitarov: Dear friends, dear guests! I know that you have just arrived from South Ossetia and would like to see you in North Ossetia as comfortable as it was in in South. I am glad to welcome you on the land of North Ossetia. The peoples of Abkhazia and Ossetia are fraternal peoples, our ancestors lived in brotherhood and jointly passed all the hard tests. The Great Patriotic War, and in our modern history both Ossetians and Abkhazians stood side by side. I would like that this will not happen again, so that we do not have to pass such tests, I would like our relations to be strengthened in the sphere of economy, culture, education and other spheres where we have the potential and, most importantly, the desire. We wish you, as well as our southern brothers, to be recognized by all international structures as independent state. Once again I thank you for stopping by. 

 Raul Khajimba: Dear Vyacheslav Zelimkhanovich, dear friends. It is doubly pleasant for us to be here today after our official visit to South Ossetia, where were signed documents that show the escalation of these relations. Our relations with North Ossetia, the North Caucasus, Russia are positive. They need to be to developed. Abkhazia has opportunities - the resort activity and agriculture, where serious funds are invested so that Abkhazia can provide both its residents and those who come to us with their products. Russia actively promotes Abkhazia to become a state. Unfortunately, the process of recognition is not going so fast. But we have something to be proud of, a number of states have recognized us, and we want to match. The process is complex, but there is support of Russia, all our friends, those who are not indifferent to us, including the subjects of the Russian Federation, and, first and foremost, the republics of the North Caucasus. We are open for cooperation. Our relations, as you noticed, are not just relations that have arisen from scratch, but relationships that have developed from time immemorial. This was noted yesterday at a meeting in South Ossetia. Our peoples are very close, I would like it to continue in our children. Our children should know about their brothers, build relations with them. We are not eternal. But during this time it is necessary to create a foundation that will build the prospects. We are pleased to meet you in Abkhazia, ready to build relations that will be useful for both countries. I have already said that the investments that are being made today by the Russian Federation, give us the opportunity to look completely different. This is noticeable for a small country, but this is not enough. It is necessary to actively join the production process, the social sphere is certainly good, but it is necessary to develop various spheres. 

 Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of North Ossetia Stanislav Kesaev thanked the delegation of the Republic of Abkhazia for the visit and noted the need to strengthen ties in all spheres. 

 Chairman of the Parliament of the Republic of North Ossetia Aleksey Machnev stressed that it is planned to build inter-parliamentary relations, as well as more active interaction of deputies in lawmaking.
 
 Chairman of the Government of the Republic of North Ossetia Taimuraz Tuskayev noted the need for cooperation in the field of agro-industry, including using modern technologies. 

 "We plan to develop our economy. We are ready to share our knowledge with you. We are ready for a capacious and productive cooperation, "- he said. 

 Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Abkhazia Adgur Kakoba expressed hope for further cooperation in the field of education. He noted that a large number of students are studying in Vladikavkaz. 

 "We signed an agreement two years ago between the North Ossetian University and the Ministry of Education and Science. We hope to conclude an agreement between the ministries soon, " - he added. 

Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia Daur Kove underlined the ancient ties of the peoples of the two republics and noted the importance of further development of relations. "
