Regular meeting of the Georgian and Abkhaz power engineering at IngurGES

Sukhum. August 24. Apsnypress. Regular meeting of the Georgian and Abkhaz power engineering was held at IngurGES . The meeting focused on technical cooperation. 

Due to the severe drought in western Georgia, the water level at the dam IngurGES arch situated in the same territory, is down to 17 meters. The last time such a significant drop in the level observed several decades ago. Also increased the load on the power supply on both sides of the border. In this connection, was raised a question about the preparation for the autumn-winter period, in order to ensure trouble-free operation of IngurGES and uninterrupted supply of electricity to the population in this period. 

The Abkhaz side was represented by General Director of RUE "Chernomorenergo" A. Basariya, MP of RA A. Bzhaniya and accompanying persons. The Georgian side was represented by Deputy Minister of Energy of Georgia I. Eloshvili, I. Khmaladze.
