Representatives of the Council of Young Diplomats of the Abkhaz Ministry of Foreign Affairs participate in the International Forum in Pyatigorsk

The forum is aimed not only at informing and educating young people, but also on establishing contacts with foreign officials.

Sukhum. 15 November. Apsnypress. The international forum "The Caucasus at the Beginning of the 21st Century: The Role of Public Diplomacy in countering international terrorism" hosts in the North Caucasus Federal University in Pyatigorsk in conjunction with the Fund for the Support of Public Diplomacy named after A.M. Gorchakov. The forum is dedicated to discussing the effective use of public diplomacy tools in regulating the joint work of state and society in the fight against terrorist threats in the Caucasus at the regional and global levels.
 
 The Council of Young Diplomats under the Foreign Ministry of Abkhazia is represented at this event by international students Astanda Zhiba and Sariya Butba. 

There will be held scientific and practical conferences, seminars, round tables, experts' courses within the framework of the forum. The forum is aimed not only to inform and educate young people, but also to establish contacts with foreign officials and scientific cadres, leaders of youth movements of foreign countries, in order to achieve a common understanding of the most serious threat and conduct a joint fight against terrorism using public diplomacy methods.
