By decree of President Raul Khadjimba members of the PO Moscow Abkhaz diaspora: Beslan Agrba, Yuri Anchabadze, Roman Lazba, Ruslan Khagba, Zaur Khalvash, Valery Chakvetadze, Denis Chachhalia are awarded Order Akhdz-Apsha III degree for the provision of comprehensive assistance to compatriots, contribution to the strengthening of relations between Abkhazia and the Russian Federation.
