Ruslan Ladariya: we must resolve issues that concern us with respect to each other

President of Abkhazia Raul Khajimba held an extended meeting with the public of Gudauta district.

 Opening the meeting, head of the district administration, Ruslan Ladariya said: "We must resolve all issues that concern us together, with respect to each other. We have opportunities for this. There are no insoluble questions. Was it necessary to gather during the holidays and hold rallies? I think it was wrong, such events will not lead to anything good. We need to think about how this will be reacted outside our state, did our behavior please the brothers from South Ossetia, all the representatives of the peoples who fought for the freedom of Abkhazia? We all have to stand side by side and together find the ways out of any situation for the benefit of our state. " 
  
 For his part, President stressed that only by uniting people can build a state. "When we talk about problems, it is necessary to think about who should help us in building the state?"
  
 Raul Khajimba reminded that the country's own revenues are increasing. But noted that there is also a potential for budget growth - increasing the collection of taxes. "Many people ask what the state has done. If you listen, then everything in the state is very bad. But is there anyone among you who has not received a salary for at least a month? We can not build a state in one day and overnight. We know, there are also problems. And we must speak openly about mistakes so that we correct them. But some today are using the difficult situation that has developed in the country, "- Khajimba said.
 
 Commenting on the recent events, Head of State stressed that he acted within the framework of the Law, that the Constitution of Abkhazia was not violated. 
  
 Prime Minister Beslan Bartsits informed about the socio-economic situation of the region. According to him, despite the difficulties that were in the past year, the district leadership fulfilled its tasks.
 
Head of government reported on the events held in Gudauta district within the framework of the Investment Program. Thus, according to Beslan Bartsits, 137 million rubles were allocated for repair of roads in Gudauta and Gudauta district, 145 million rubles for water supply in villages of Kulanyrkhua, Abgarhuk, Zvandripsh, Mgudzyrkhua, 136 million rubles for the construction of a kindergarten in Novy Afon, 81 million rubles for construction of school number 7 in Gudauta, 22 elevators were replaced.
