Sanitary conditions of caterers, canteens of hospitals and sanatoriums are very poor

Sukhum. March 17th. Apsnypress. The Ministry of Health of Abkhazia discussed the issues of preparation for the holiday season and sanitary-epidemiological situation in the country. Previously, about improvments in this area said RA President Raul Khadjimba.

The minister Andzor Goov also visited Sochi at a meeting with the chief physician of the RF epidemiology, which were worked out issues of cooperation between the two countries to comply with sanepidrezhima in border areas. 

The Minister announced the challenges face by the SC: First, check all the catering establishments, as well as compliance sanepidrezhima in settlements. Second, the "proper conduct outreach to residents, as well as work closely with utilities and together with them in the shortest possible time to develop a plan of necessary measures". "I myself have checked the place of general nutrition, dining hospitals and sanatoriums and I must say, their conditions are poor. If the test will reveal violations, write acts and close of institutions", - said Andzor Goov. 

To restore order in the area of sanitary and epidemiological status, the RA Ministry planned reorganization - the elimination of the previously created RUE pest control, disinfection and disinfestation and the creation of relevant departments in the district of SC. 

Letter with the proposals will be submitted to the People's Assembly of the Parliament of the Republic of Abkhazia.
