Today President of Abkhazia Raul Khadjimba signed decree on the seventh department of the State Security Service.

On the seventh department of the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia
1. Derive the structure of the seventh department of the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia.
2. Withdraw servicemen of the seventh department of the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia from the staff until the completion of the organizational and staff measures.
3. As determine the suitability of (physical and occupational) Seventh Division troops and by the end of certification to enroll their military service in the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia.
4. Real estate, vehicles and weapons used by the seventh department save for the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia.
5. The State Guard Service of the Republic of Abkhazia and the State Security Service within two weeks to submit for approval of the structure, staffing and cost estimates, taking into account these changes.
6. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Abkhazia to provide budget for the maintenance of the Seventh Division, and pass it to the State Security Service of the Republic of Abkhazia.
7. Control over the execution of this Decree to assign to the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Abkhazia.
