Sizes of surcharges to the Abkhaz pensions and other decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers

Sukhum. June 3. Apsnypress. The agreed document was presented by Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security Suren Kerselyan. Within one month the Ministry will determine the conditions and the procedure for establishing such surcharges. 

According to him, the supplement to the pension is calculated from January 1st of this year. It will be available for: 

• pensioners receiving labor pensions for age, at a rate of 1000 rubles,

• pensioners receiving a service pension - 1,000 rubles, 

• pensioners, with the title of "honored" worker - 500 rubles, 

• retirees who worked underground work - 500 rubles, 

• persons receiving a pension for the loss of a breadwinner, for each disabled family member - 700 rubles,

• orphans - 1000 rubles, 

• disabled workers 1, 2, 3 groups - 1000 rubles, 

• childhood disabilities of 1 and 2 groups up to 16 years - 500 rubles, 

• pensioners, receiving social old-age pension and disability - 850 rubles. 

The Minister said: "This right does not apply to pensioners who are recipients of pensions of the foreign state". The Ministry prepared a special receipt of commitment that will be required to sign in a social for every pensioner receiving a fee that he is not the recipient of the pension of a foreign state. 

According to Prime Minister Artur Mikvabia, for supplements to pensions of RA citizens should be spent 137 million rubles. "It is clear that the money will not be able to radically improve the lives of our seniors. But we must remember - the process of gradual increase of pensions will continue and Abkhaz pension will be reduced to the size of Russian", - said Arthur Mikvabia. 

In addition, at the same meeting the Cabinet voted for the appointment of Emma Khodzhava as a general director of the Republican State Institution "State Abkhaz TV and Radio Company".

Finance Minister Amra Kvarandziya presented to the Cabinet "forms of strict accountability - a ticket to visit sites of historical and cultural heritage of protected areas, museums, cultural and sports events". The ticket is introduced into circulation from the date of publication of the corresponding Resolution. According to the minister, it is a single shape, with uniform details, additional information on the ticket will be administered by the Ministry of Finance decision by stamp or in hard copy. Emissions and control over the circulation of tickets will be held by the Ministry of Finance.
